Fan Section

The fan wheel shall be factory balanced both statically and
dynamically.

The wheel has a single inlet with backward inclined blades, which provide a nonoverloading characteristic and minimum noise level.

The bearings are grease lubricated, heavy duty, self aligning flange or pillow block mounted outside of the airstream, on an oversized polished steel shaft.

Motor sheaves shall be adjustable pitch type for motors up to 5 HP. Fixed pulleys shall be used on motors larger than 5 HP. Motors shall be rated for fan duty, open drip-proof.

The fan motor shall be mounted on an adjustable base and pre wired in flexible conduit to the control panel.

The unit shall be complete with a smoothly curved inlet venturi, which will create a smooth air flow into the fan wheel.

Fans tested in accordance with AMCA 201. BHP includes drive losses.
