Our QAI Series industrial fired heaters utilize a proven four-pass design with radial blade induced draft fan complete with a full voltage motor. 

The stainless steel combustion chamber and secondary tubes are suspended in a unique floating design that eliminates stress on the chamber during the heading cycle for increased longevity.

Our complete range, from 150,000 to 6,000,000 btu/hr. output, allows easy selection for all your needs.  Standard units are manufactured with heavy gauge G90 galvanized steel, insulated where needed, with 2" 3lb. non-wicking insulation lined with 20 gauge galvanneal to eliminate airborne fibers from entering the airstream. 

Fans are AMCA rated, either forward curved or backward inclined.  Burners are proven brand name and sized to suit the application. Valve trains and controls are built to either CSA, IRI, FM or FM with vent. 

Commercial units are also available in two and three pass design.
